Karl Marx believed that capitalism contained the seeds of its own destruction, and whilst we are yet to see whether this is true or not, it is clear that our rigid political ideologies are certainly the cause of their own downfall.
Despite its best efforts, Communism was unable to stem the rising tide of wealth, innovation, and change. Through its State-driven process, and its endless five-year plans, it attempted to plot a path with no clue as to what may be around the next corner. Capitalism survived, and thrived, because of its ability to adapt.
Charles Darwin recognised this phenomenon biologically in the natural world with animals having to adapt (evolve) in order to maintain their existence on the planet. (Note that these adaptations were random and were not driven by the animals themselves).
Politically, we must learn this biological lesson. If you stay still, you fall behind, and eventually cease to exist.

I am writing in relation to the Labour Membership Appeal 2493653.
After careful consideration, I have decided to withdraw my appeal relating to my application to become a member of the Labour party. My reasons for doing so are numerous, and are outlined below. If you could return the £25 that was accepted from me in the last leadership election, but then which related vote was denied, we will consider the matter closed.
To confirm, I do not wish to continue with the appeal against being denied membership of the party. My reasons for no longer wanting to be a member of the Labour party are as follows:

As well as the need to eradicate Weapons of Mass Destruction, one of the key selling point of the West’s illegal interventions in the Middle East, was to export democracy and freedom.
Amidst the chaos and the war crimes, the irony is not lost on me that the West does not have a democracy to export in the first place.
The attempt to justify our imperialism abroad is based around the desire to give these people something we don’t even currently have ourselves.
Of course when George W Bush, Tony Blair, Barrack Obama, or David Cameron talk about democracy, they do not mean it. The democracy that we are told that we live in is nothing but a myth.

To be a true democrat, and to genuinely believe in the power of democracy, is to be an Anarchist.
Contrary to what you may have heard, Anarchy is not chaos and disorder.
If you are imagining a world at war, where people stab one another in the back in order to get ahead, where huge swathes of the population suffer and struggle, where the Earth and all its creatures are abused, where corruption is rampant, where the biggest bullies and the best liars are rewarded with the most, and where minorities are excluded and prejudice thrives, you are thinking of capitalism, not Anarchy.

For decades in North America, the phrase “socialism” has been somewhat of a dirty word. But things may be about to change, in dramatic fashion.
Despite the mainstream media’s insistence on focusing their gaze at the neo-Fascist Donald Trump, it is in fact another New Yorkian who is striding towards the White House. And it is this understated, modest politician who is the one we should really be paying attention to.
Quietly and gradually, Bernie Sanders, the United States Senator for Vermont, has been breaking records and gaining support. As with all political campaigns, the race to Capitol Hill is a marathon and not a sprint, and the time is now approaching whereby the turtle overtakes the hare.
